Directed share issue to Dataproces A/S of DKK 18.7 million
Västra Hamnen Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to the Danish software and consultancy company Dataproces Group A/S in connection with a directed share issue to the French institutional investor Eiffel Investment Group.
